Overview

The Nordic Equity offerings contain real-time market data from trading in instruments on our Nordic cash markets; including equities, equity rights, bonus subscriptions, interim shares, convertibles, warrants and mutual funds. 

Nordic Equity consists of different services designed to meet investors’ core needs, all of which are based on real-time data. Covering all equities listed on the NASDAQ OMX exchanges in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Iceland and Stockholm, the products give access to information on more than 800 companies traded on the main market, as well as First North - the alternative marketplace for small growth companies.
 

The Nordic Equity range consists of three offerings: Nordic Equity TotalView, Nordic Equity Level 1 and Level 2.

Benefits and Features

Nordic Equity Level 1 and Level 2 products are relevant for professional investors and traders with an interest in the Nordic market. The Nordic Equity products provide valuable reference data on trade activity, including index values and news from the companies listed on the Nordic Market.

• Nordic Equity Level 1 includes the single best bid/ask order book data, as well as trade and index data for all NASDAQ OMX Nordic exchanges listed equities.

• Nordic Equity Level 2 is for more demanding users, and includes the top 5 levels of bid/ask depth in addition to the trade and index data for all NASDAQ OMX Nordic exchanges listed equities provided in Level 1.

Trade data is delivered in real time showing the order execution from the NASDAQ OMX trading system for NASDAQ OMX Nordic exchange-listed equities.

Access Options

Via Market Data Vendors: Firms and individual investors and traders may access real-time data through a number of authorized NASDAQ OMX market data vendors, who provide both display devices and data feed products containing NASDAQ OMX real-time data.

Directly from NASDAQ OMX: Trading firms and market data vendors may access real-time data from Nordic and Baltic markets by connecting to GENIUM Consolidated Feed information distribution system. Direct access to the trading system providing low latency market by order data can be obtained.

Agreements and Forms

To subscribe to the data feed products of NASDAQ OMX, firms are required to be a party to a NASDAQ OMX Global Data Agreement.
