Cash Equity Membership
Membership on NASDAQ OMX Nordic includes cash trading on the Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki and Iceland exchanges. NASDAQ OMX Nordic membership makes it possible for a member to operate on the four exchanges. Nordic Exchange membership enables an unprecedented ability to operate seamlessly across the Nordic borders.
Furthermore, connection to the Baltic marketplaces using the same technical connection as NASDAQ OMX Nordic is now possible, although separate memberships are still required. For additional information about membership go to the Baltic marketplaces.
Derivatives Membership
Membership at NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets offers trading in Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian and Russian options & futures with clearing done directly by a central counterparty. In addition, NASDAQ OMX Nordic offers customers a clearing service for inter-bank traded fixed income derivatives as well as clearing of tailor-made derivatives contracts on listed shares, tradable indexes, custom-made indexes and interest rate products. The traders and back-office personnel who are granted direct access to the trading or back-office systems of the NASDAQ OMX Nordic must have passed a test arranged by NASDAQ OMX. Read more about Trader Authorization here
