Derivatives Member Guide

We’ve designed this guide to help you, our derivatives member, get started trading and clearing options and futures on NASDAQ OMX Nordic. The guide is intended to address and answer the most frequently asked questions.
 

The guide is divided into the following sections: 

• Clearing Models and Account Structure – description of member and end-customer clearing and account structure alternatives. Includes membership options. 
   
• Risk Management – fundamentals on our Risk Management structure.
   
• Settlement and Delivery – country/currency specific basics on how and when trades are settled or delivered.
   
• Connectivity Service – basics on getting access to our systems.
   
• System Access – Test and Production – describes which test systems to choose between and when they are available as well as production access and opening hours.
   
• Authorization – identifies who is authorized and how authorization is given to traders and back office staff. 

The guide is a simplified overview presented in question and answer format while providing factual information and summarizing key points.
