Member Technical Relations

Member Technical Relations team is to support members and ISVs in technical matters, others than the daily operational support. This includes:

• Connectivity – Member access network and System APIs
• Certification
• Upgrade to new releases – time plan, information and support
• Technical fees
• Co-Location services

The team currently supports the NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange Cash, Derivatives and Fixed Income marketplaces, as well as the Nordic Market Data unit.

Iceland and Baltic’s are supported by the local organizations.
