EU Code of Conduct - Price TransparencyNASDAQ OMX implements enhanced price transparency for cash equity trading pursuant to the European Code of Conduct on clearing and settlement. Pursuant to the price transparency requirements to be implemented by 31st December 2006, NASDAQ OMX is providing easier access to information on fees relating to cash equity trading services on NASDAQ OMX Nordic. Such applicable fees cover trading related services and connectivity. Note: The fee lists below also apply when trading on the First North markets in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Iceland. Service Unbundling and Accounting SeparationPursuant to the Code of Conduct’s requirements, NASDAQ OMX has issued Public Statement on compliance with the stipulations of the Code of Conduct on service unbundling and accounting separation for the reporting period 2008.
