Share Trading in February
The value of average daily share trading amounted to EUR 2.6 billion, as compared to EUR 2.3 billion during the past 12-month period. The average number of trades per business day amounted to 290,141, as compared to 226,005 during the past 12-month period. The total market cap of listed companies at NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange amounted to EUR 642 billion, compared to EUR 382 billion in February 2009.

Derivatives Trading
The average daily trading volume in derivative products amounted to 558,154 contracts, as compared to 413,401 contracts during the past 12-month period. The average daily trading volume in share products was 239,822 contracts, as compared to 190,457 contracts during the past 12 month period. The average daily trading volume in index products was 191,222 contracts, compared to 134,183 contracts during the past 12-month period. Fixed-income derivatives traded 127,111 contracts, compared to 88,761 contracts during the past 12-month period.
