Trading Norwegian Equities

With Norwegian equities NASDAQ OMX now enables customers to trade all equities listed on a major Nordic market on one platform in the investor friendly environment of a regulated market. The same trading rules and high quality market surveillance used for existing equities is also applied for trading equities with a primary listing in Norway.

We have admitted the 32 most traded equities listed on Oslo Stock Exchange’s regulated market to trading on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. All 32 are central counterparty (CCP) cleared. Later this year, we intend to also admit the remaining listed equities to trading. Below you will find a short description for each of the companies traded on this Trading List.

•Requirements: Membership at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and party to Norway’s clearing and settlement system, VPS, directly or via a custodian.
• Trading platform: INET
• Applicable rules: NASDAQ OMX Member Rules, Stockholm
• Trading currency: NOK
• Round lot: One instrument unit
• Trading hours: Same as NASDAQ OMX Nordic :
Full day: 9.00 – 17.25 CET (Closing 17.25 – 17.30)
Half day: 9.00 – 12.55 CET (Closing 12.55 – 13.00)
